An interactive collection of prints and artefacts based around the Chapeltown Uprisings in Leeds throughout the late half of the 20th century.

These artefacts comment on tensions between the people of Chapeltown and the police at the time - tensions fuelled by the media with misinformation and racial discrimination.

Olivia Wyatt in “Is Violence the Answer?” (2023), recounts an incident where police illegally questioned and arrested minors in school connected with minor events in Chapeltown, one of them for being in possession of a dangerous
